How to Subscribe (using RSS)

Get automatic notifications when new GGREC magazines and blog posts are published — no need to keep checking the website.

What is RSS?

RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a free way to get updates from websites delivered straight to you. Think of it like a private newspaper delivery service — instead of visiting the GGREC website every week to check for new magazines, the website sends a heads-up to your chosen app automatically.

When a new magazine or blog post is published on our website, it appears in your RSS reader within about an hour. You don't need to do anything — the reader checks for you.

1

Choose an RSS Reader

An RSS reader is a free app or website that collects updates from all the sites you follow. Pick one that suits you:

2

Add the GGREC Feed

Once you have an RSS reader, add our feed:

  1. Open your RSS reader app (or go to its website).
  2. Look for a "+" button, or an "Add Feed" or "Follow" option.
  3. Paste this URL into the search or URL box:

Our RSS feed address:

https://ggrec.org.au/feed

  1. Click Subscribe or Follow.

That's it! The app will now automatically show you whenever a new GGREC magazine or blog post is published.

3

What Happens Next

When a new magazine is uploaded to the GGREC website, it appears in your RSS reader within about an hour.

When a new blog post is published, it also appears automatically.

Each item includes the title, a short description, and a link to download the magazine or read the full blog post.

You don't need to visit the GGREC website to check — the RSS reader does it for you.
